Sacramento is a fantastic area to rent a motorcycle! The bay area around San Francisco is a short hour and a half drive away, offering coastline touring, and scenic cruising which is difficult to parallel. Napa valley is also about the same amount of time away offering terrific spirited hill cruising and scenic routes to rival Europe. Lake Tahoe is an hour and half away and offers scenic mountain views and fresh air that’s hard to beat anywhere else in California. Yosemite National Park, one of the most scenic areas in the entire state, is an exhilarating 3.5 hour ride away on twisty foothill roads passing through California’s Gold Country. Scenic and historic towns dot the route and the riding is top notch. Beyond these highlights, many of the best scenic and twisty roads in the entire county are within easy reach of centrally-located Sacramento. You can do it all: coast, mountains, desert, foothills, flatlands – and in some cases on the same day! Other National Parks or significant places within a day’s ride include Redwood National and State Parks, California Scenic Highway 1 along the Pacific Coast, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen and Lassen Volcanic National Park, Lava Beds National Monument, Coloma State Park (site of gold discovery in California, which triggered the California Gold Rush), Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, Kings Canyon National Park, and Sequoia National Park.
The Sacramento International Airport has great access in and out, and we offer a pickup and drop-off service for renters who rent for 3 or more days so you can fly-in and ride, and fly-out, saving you time and money renting a car or taking a taxi. Why fight San Francisco Bay Area traffic to rent a bike? Sacramento is more centrally located to the area’s best riding, and in the time it takes you to get out of the airport and fight traffic to a bay area rental shop, you can breeze through Sacramento’s airport, be at our shop in 20 minutes, and on your way. You can be in the twisties from our Sacramento location faster than you can get across the bay bridge in rush hour traffic.
Our touring rentals are great for weekend trips or taking for an extended ride anywhere in California or the United States for that matter. Many renters travel from Sacramento and take the scenic route to Los Angeles or San Diego and back. You can pack on the miles and not even know how far you’ve went.
If you’re a local looking for a dirt bike rental to cruise in the local mountains or at the track for a day of fun we have those too.
Thanks for stopping by and please book early, the motorcycle rentals fill up fast!
We look forward to serving you!
